Riding Profile
The Peace River riding is comprised of broad demographic diversity. In area it covers a broad area. The communities of Nampa and Reno form its Southern border, to Indian Cabins on its Northern boundaries. The Western boundary encompasses Rainbow Lake, with Fox Lake on its Eastern boundary.
Within this area lie several other communities, those being; High Level, La Crete, Fort Vermilion, Manning and Peace River. From Peace River, Rainbow Lake is a five and a half hour drive, La Crete a five hour drive and Fort Vermilion a four hour drive.
This means a lengthy drive each time Mr. Oberle visits in the constituency, which he does on a regular basis. Meetings, conferences, or meeting with concerned constituents over various issues, rodeos, trade shows or other community events. He is especially keen on making himself available to constituents if at all possible.
